Mike and Cindy Riches lead The Sycamore Commission [previously Jesus Ministry International] and have a particular heart for Church Leaders of all denominations. Their belief is that the Church is God’s only design for a true redemptive solution in this broken world
This conference is designed to help leaders understand how to grow in appropriating God’s power – that we may be moved towards transformation and reformation in our own lives, our churches, our cities and our nations. We will learn how to live out our lives as a model for those we lead in a season of fresh repentance and increased fire
For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power - 1 Cor 4:20 (NIV)
Those in some form of church leadership will benefit most from this event. The aim of the conference is to:
• Help us to walk in the power of the Word and the Spirit
• To “maintain the fire” in a biblical way
• To move in Biblical authority
• To grow further in our understanding of the Power of God – the foundation for the Church’s Biblical Mission - Acts 4:29-30 NLT
• To recognise that Revival is not “it”– we are looking for transformation and reformation of our own lives, our churches, our cities and our nations

TRAVEL AND DIRECTIONS:
This event is being held at the Vineyard Centre. There is a good amount of car parking on site with spaces set aside for disabled drivers particularly. But these spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis each day and many people will need to use the Park-and-Ride Parking Facility close by – the rates are £2.70 per day. We are close to the M3 Motorway and Winchester City centre – see "How to Find Us" page
MEALS AND REFRESHMENTS:
A main meal per day and refreshments throughout are provided as part of the registration fee of £90.00 per person. This includes all training materials needed for the conference
