Hiring the Centre
The Winvin facility in total is able to host well over 400 people - some 300 in the main hall with an extra 50-75 in the café area if necessary and another seven rooms on site available for your use. Our Centre is able to cater for various functions, from corporate training to exhibitions to board meetings and any other general company and private events and functions
Included in our facility, is a large, Main Auditorium with a good sound system and multi media facilities, flexible and adjustable seating plan, space heating system and easy to access entries and exits
The whole centre has a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere but the layout is flexible and suitable for professional events. There is a well-lit, café-style foyer area and large, well-equipped, all-steel kitchen both right next to main auditorium
This foyer area is ideal for events of up to 50 people, should you prefer cafe-style and more relaxedintimate surroundings
The main auditorium, which has a stage and wiring/sound desk for bands and live music, has flexible, locking/folding, cloth-padded, individual seats which can be arranged in any formation you care for and rows can be added or removed to accommodate 100-400 delegates. The foyer and main auditorium can be combined to cope with over-flows
Our Centre also has various other small to medium/large rooms for meetings of up to 50 people all close to toilets and fire exits, as well as accessible kitchens ~ the room that is often users' favourite is the "Big Fish Room" - our large babies/toddlers area which regularly holds up to 75 children and parents. If offers a comfy and relaxed environment and is safe for youngsters too
Together with these various rooms, we also offer the usual meeting facilities, including projectors, whiteboards, tables, chairs, portable sound systems and more.
With a recently re-surfaced car park for 48 on-site vehicle spaces (also very close to extensive "Park'n'Ride" sites) and easy access from the M3 motorway, the Winchester Vineyard facility is an ideal site for any function venue in your diary
The whole site has good disabled access and egress (with two dedicated parking bays and others that can be reserved if helpful to your clients) and there are dedicated toilet and lift facilites
