Winchester Vineyard

The Internship training track is designed to provide individuals with an opportunity to spend a year out in the service of this church, and to train, grow and experience a deeper relationship with God

It is a flexible scheme, tailored to the circumstances, giftings and needs of the individual and based on the resources and needs of the church at that time

It is likely to evolve and change throughout the year and part of the first year will be for those with a pioneering spirit as we work out the course together. Therefore, this would also be a great opportunity for any future church leader

The key elements are Holy Spirit and relationship led. The broad purpose will be similar to that of the church – to extend the Kingdom of God in Winchester and way beyond. Within this umbrella, the intern would be looking to contribute towards the ministry of this Church, and getting from the Winvin, training and equipping so that they may know more clearly the calling of God in their life – and to be released into that calling in as far as this is possible

It is also our hope that the experience will be rewarding, faith building and fun!
